The Sepang International Circuit hosted the 2014 Malaysia Merdeka Endurance Race.

The Ferrari 458 of the current MME champions Clearwater Racing aimed for victory and was never in danger of losing the top spot, charging away at the start of the race and never looking back. Malaysian drivers Mok Weng Sun, Alif Hamdan and Italian Gianmaria Bruni finished one lap ahead of the second classified car.

The win gives Clearwater Racing their second consecutive title and puts the team leader driver Mok Weng Sun in the record books as the third driver in the 15 year history of the MME to win two consecutive titles with the same team.

It was also a special first MME 12 hour win for young Malaysian driver Alif Hamdan. This success comes on top of his recent nomination for the Porsche International Scholarship Shoot Out.
