The Pirelli World Challenge kicks off the new season at Circuit of the Americas in Austin, Texas, on March 7-8. A record-setting entry list of over 100 cars spread across seven classes will be on-hand, which should make for some great green-flag action during the weekend.
The series has found more and more competitors during the recent years due to the increasing popularity of the GT and Touring cars. The importance of the championship is underlined by the numerous manufacturers represented on the field. Among these are Kia Nissan, Ferrari and Audi.
